Aptitude Assessment
Aptitude and ability tests enable employers to assess the logical reasoning and problem solving competency for both entry-level positions and senior level managers. Quantine offers the following online assessments for our clients:

Business analyst skills evaluation
The assessment evaluates the individual's logic skill, attention to detail, and ability to solve business problems.

The assessment is designed to test the person's ability to analyze complex patterns and identify relationships to solve a series of problems. Additionally, he/she must analyze existing business procedures and then draw conclusions and find errors.


Programmer analyst aptitude test
This assessment is used to pre-screen job applicants and in-house personnel for their computer programming aptitudes and business analysis potentials.

The assessment consists of problems which evaluate the candidate's logical ability, skill in interpretation of business specifications, and potential for translating business problems into symbolic logic. Additionally, this assessment assumes no prior experience or knowledge of data processing.


Project leader skills evaluation
This assessment is used to evaluate the suitability of candidates for the position of Project Leader.

By measuring essential skills including business judgment, supervisory practices, problem solving and knowledge of project organization, control, scheduling and planning concepts.


Sales skills test
This assessment is used to evaluate the suitability of candidates for a sales position.

The assessment consists of questions that evaluate a candidate’s general sales principles, sales terms, vocabulary skills, ability to deal with several sales situations, basic mathematics as well as logic and attention to detail.


Customer service skills test
The assessment is used to evaluate the suitability of candidates of all levels of experience for the position of Customer Service Representative. Also applicable to non-technical Help Desk positions.

The assessment consists of instruments that measures a candidate’s reading comprehension skills, numeric reasoning skills, logic and problem solving abilities, problem solving within a customer service environment and ability to deal with situations within a customer service environment.
